Wedad Sayibu has over fifteen (15) years of experience in Development Practice. Wedad has led the implementation and management of programs on promoting access and quality of education for rural children, Complementary Basic Education, Promoting Educational Governance and Accountability, diversifying livelihood and economic opportunities of women, social inclusion in local governance, variously funded by DFID, STAR Ghana Foundation, USAID, Canadian Feed the Children, DANIDA among others.

She is highly passionate about child protection and women and girls’ development. Her competencies include; fundraising (proposal development), Strategic Design and planning, Project Design and Management; child protection issues, community mobilization and facilitation, stakeholder engagement, social engagements and Activism.
​
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science (with First Class Honors) from the university of Ghana; a Master of Arts Degree in Peace and Development Studies from the University of Cape Coast (UCC); Master of Arts Degree in Development Studies, with specialization in Human Rights, Gender and Conflict Studies and Social Justice from the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) of the Erasmus University from the Hague, Netherlands. She is a Fellow of the Wim Deetman Study fund for Young Activists in the Netherlands and the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders.

She also has to her credit other professional certificates including a certificate in Child Safeguarding and Protection in Development Practice, from Kimmage Development Studies Centre, Ireland.

Abdul-Hanan Ibrahim has over nineteen years of experience in practical Management Accounting and Finance having worked through the ranks of an assistant Accountant to Head of Finance & Admin. Some of his notable successes include the migration of SfL accounts from manual accounting to computerized accounting and constant improvements in SfL Financial Management
